Wayne, did you really mean kHz?  I'm thinking Hz is more likely.

You may want to post to milsurplus rather than arc5 to find more people tracking the AN/GRC-9.  I'm fond of the AN/GRC-9, especially compared to the AN/GRC-109 or RS-6.
