[ARC5] GRC-9 Update

I found that the transistorized LO would work with 50VDC applied through the 33K resistor, although output was not as strong as with 13.5 VDC applied directly to the transistor.  Normal receiver B+ is 105 VDC and the V-2 tube circuit apparently normally pulls 1.8 ma.  So it appears that the 105 DC B+ applied at the input connector will run the transistorized converter circuit Okay..

I did notice a 500 KHz difference in LO frequency between running it on 13.5 VDC at the transistor versus using 50 VDC at the normal B+ input.  

Stability was even better than I realzied, with the variation around 10 Hz or less.

Now to finish rebuilding the receiver!
