[ARC5] BC453 on 24V - screen voltage

I have the receiver article but I don't know where it is and I'm not going to do a search now.
There were two articles. There was enough info in the articles to build a good replica.
The articles, if we knew the date, could be found on americanradiohistory.com
I don't think their magazines are OCR scanned.
As I recall, it would be Radio News, something like 1954 – 1955.
