[ARC5] AN/ARC-2 Nomenclature and Tags

Please see the close-up photo of the ARC-2A.
Anyone have an insight into the white tag?

Second:  This rig has all the features of an
ARC-2A, but it has a nomen tag that says
"RT-91/ARC-2."  I thought the -2A was a completely
new run, not a modification of the -2?  Any
information (looking expectantly at Mike Hanz and
Mike Morrow ;-)
