[ARC5] Rebuild or No: A Poll

Yes, welding in original material is the ultimate restoration method, but 
requires the proper equipment and the extra skill it takes to weld thin 
aluminum.  Probably beyond the means and capability of the average ARC-5 
owner, not to mention the total disassembly and rebuild is required due to
