[ARC5] Scope Question

A lot of the older Heathkit scopes had weak power transformers. The winding
for the CRT HV would open.
I have one old "SYNCO" sweep scope. The sweep and vertical channels are not
calibrated. These scopes can be OK for looking at audio stuff.
I have used it to look at other scopes when I was repairing them.
The problem I have with the better scopes is when they have a busted
switching converter for the CRT HV. Most are not repairable. At least the
ones I have had.
