Wayne,

 

There are a few exceptions (the only one that presently comes to mind being
the CLG-20206 vibrator supply for the TBY, which runs off of 115 VAC/VDC)
but the majority of at least the US military supplies have vibrators that
run at between 100 and 115 CPS.

Today I dismantled on old Lear aircraft radio power supply to use the
chassis for something else.  

 

Are vibrator power supply transformers likely to work well on 60 HZ or are
they designed to use higher frequencies?
