[ARC5] Mike Preamp?

Another possibility for a speaker amp is to find a used computer
speaker with built in amplifier, they abound at thrift stores. These
very small speakers with extended bass do require some power. Most of
the old style open box speakers sold for communications receivers will
be quite room filling on one watt. The small speakers trade efficiency
for low end response.
