Your power supply is not RF proof. Early Harrison and HP power supplies had similar issues. Putting ferrites on leads may not cure. The better solution is to delve into the regulatory circuitry and make it RF proof. Have a look in the ARRL Handbook for a 50 A RF-proof, linear, regulated power supply – back a few years; the regulator chip was a 723, with plenty of 100 nF capacitors hanging off its pins.

A related problem is that if I position the "antenna" (alligator clip lead) in the wrong spot it drives the instrumentation in my bench power supply screwy, too, if I am using it.
