[ARC5] 3-48 screws

Hi Mike,

I have been doing mechanical things since age 6 when I repaired a broken 
alarm clock. I have done two or three other things since then. I can 
look at the hardware offerings at Wal Mart and at the local hardware 
store and *SEE* the difference in quality (or lack thereof). If I 
actually touch the parts it is even more obvious. Maybe that's why Wal 
Mart seals theirs in plastic. The good ones are not enough more 
expensive - the poor ones not so much less expensive - as to step down 
to junk. The hardware store is closer, too. And there is always 
McMaster-Carr :) Mid Michigan Screw and Bolt is not all that far away 
either:)
