[ARC5] 3-48 screws

Seems like we go through this discussion at least once a year.

The original screws were 3-48 BINDER HEAD, slotted, brass, cadmium-plated.

For the receivers, there were at least 4 different lengths. I never investigated those used in
the transmitters.

For many years, I have used ONLY 3-48 binder-head, slotted, stainless steel screws. I buy
them in quantity from either McMaster-Carr or from Fastenal.

The SS screws look most like the original ones. I paint the heads of those which would be
black with flat-black model paint once they are installed.

I also buy #3 internal-toothed stainless steel lock washers, and hex nuts, from the same
sources.

I will not use Phillips head hardware. IMHO it looks trashy and most certainly does not look
original. The heads are all wrong for one thing.
