[ARC5] NIST FY 2019 Budget Would Eliminate WWV and WWVH

Looks like the real targets are environmental research and science related to atmospherics and the like with the WWV  WWVH being merely chump change in the overall cutbacks.  Hmmm  Letters to our elected officials might help...?

I use WWV to keep the internal clock on an old HP 5381 counter on the mark. And their broadcasts on several different frequencies makes s good propagation indicator. Not to mention setting non-atomic clocks. I've already started composing a letter for my senate and house reps.
