[ARC5] ARC-5 Worked All States

I cheated. It was vintage but not ARC-5. I used a Drake R4-B.
I wanted to run the TX osc continuously and relay on pulling the freq on
key down. The pull was only 2KHz so I needed some decent selectivity to
avoid hearing the osc during RX.
