[ARC5] "Rare"

I forgot to ad - Retroactive after printing, The ATA/ARA manual was 
assigned publication number NAVAER 08-5Q-4.  A;ong with about 100 other manuals.  
Manuals still in warehouses had a gummed label with the new number on it 
affixed to the front cover.  Whether it was done to manuals that had already 
been issued, there is no way to tell.  I know that it was done to inventory 
because in 1968 while on Active Duty, I ordered several manuals through the 
Navy supply system and two of them had the stickers.  The rest of the ones that 
I have with the stickers, there is no way to tell when they were affixed.
