What is the IF frequency of that radio? are they as broad as the ARC-5's?

Howdy, young man!

As with all the “ARC-5” receivers between 9 and 27 MC, the

IF freq is 4200 KC.  It is indeed “broad as a barn,” as the design

was intended- it would be nearly impossible for a Navy Radio

tech with an LM to set a flight of those within a KC of each 

other or keep them there though-out a patrol.   But I don’t mind

that.  I got an ICOM if I want “performance,” HI.
