[ARC5] The Not-So-Silent Bands

Well, you gotta figure.  Right after I bemoaned the "silent" bands,

we got a nice 15 meter opening.  Here's the RAT listening to Italy,

and with the 12SK7 RF amp no less.  There was a ZL on the CW portion.

Now that's "open."  (Couple of days ago).
