[ARC5] UPS Rates Going Up 5%

Car transport companies will NOT do this, I tried when my car was moved XC and all refused VIOLENTLY to move some boatanchor gear in the trunk. One company said by asking I was now permanently banned from them and to never call again or they would report me to the police. This was one of the oddest things I’ve ever encountered. I ended up having to pay the insane UPS rates.
