[ARC5] UPS Rates Going Up 5%

It may be a unique local thing here but one thing I have wondered about is using companies that transport boats around the country.  If you could arrange to drop off an item where they were picking up a boat and then have it picked up at the destination you might be able to get a very good deal, since the added cost to the boat shipper would be $Zero.
