[ARC5] Was arc-3, now military supply

Was told a "this is a no xxxxxer" story one time about a Navy supply officer who thought the was ordering a thousand rolls of TP...only problem was that the basic ordering unit for them was gross cases of 144 rolls each...he ended up with 144,000 rolls ....was quite the stack of boxes on the pier!
