Gents,
No days, if your DODAC doesn't authorize, you probably won't get it.
That is especially true for NSNs that encompass ammunition, weapons, and
security equipment and devices. Or.... neat stuff like watches,
cameras, and even sun glasses. Even GSA has gotten wise to /creative
shoppers/.... finally. My only war story is ordering some HS-33s
headsets for a U6-A Beaver. I ordered four headsets and got 4 cases of
12 each. I'll say no more......
