Boeing used a 1936 ford ashtray in the B-52 and KC-135. I have a NOS one in
a box, primed with zinc chromate (which is rather odd, considering the
ashtray is steel).

I haven't smoked since 1984, but the ash trays in my 1976 GMC motorhome were
very rusty but I replaced them anyway in the interest of appearance
completeness.

I have a friend who use to own a 1965 Cessna 180. It had ashtrays in the
armrests. He now has a Vans RV9 and no longer smokes, so no ashtrays needed.

smoked. Smoking in public places has been restricted here for so long that
