[ARC5] Vibrator Power Supplies

Neither vibrator power supplies nor Phillips head screws were anywhere near 
new in 1945.  Vibrator supplies were used in small sets up to the size of 
the BC-223-AX (pair of 801A's).  I'm not sure why relatively few (but not no) 
aircraft sets used them.  And Collins used Phillips head screws at least as 
far back as the TCS in 1940.
