[ARC5] R-23 Antenna Connector

Sorry guys, I misled you.  The symptom moved around on me - I found that if
I pressed down on the tuner assembly the noise would go away and come back
when I released pressure. Inspection of everything attached to the tuner
assembly that headed downward found a broken wire from the middle tuning
capacitor to the middle coil pack.  I kept poking it until I found the wire
was not connected.

The antenna post was a fine red herring, pressure there translating to the
entire tuning capacitor frame.  Again, sorry about the bad information.
