[ARC5] R-23 Antenna Connector

Cold or cracked solder joint is the most likely cause.  Remove the paint 
and reflow the joint, adding a little fresh solder to make it flow.  The other 
possibility is that the threaded stud is not making good connection with 
the threaded base.  Heating the joint might fix that as well.
