[ARC5] BC-453 dial accuracy

Folks:

What Skip didn't make clear is that he HAS done the alignment as per the manual 
instructions, and as Mike Murphy has shown on his youtube video.

His capacitors have "run out of room", therefore, this is not a simple matter of alignment.

The problem appears to be that the HFO coil has an incorrect number of turns or something 
similar.

Skip lives about 75 miles north of me, and I have simply not been able to get up there to 
help him with this problem.

He asked me to help him get subscribed to this list in hopes that someone else here has 
had a similar problem and could help him figure out what to do to correct the dial 
inaccuracy.
