I've seen a similar thing for the BC-603/683. Except that there are two
versions that look alike. Both were apparently sold assembled with the new
parts on a DM-34 base. Most that I found only have a filament transformer
(naturally the one that I have several of). One is a decent quick test supply
for working on the sets, with a proper center tapped HV winding power
transformer, 12V centapped winding, and 6X5GT.
