[ARC5] EBay "eletrocution special" for sale!

Thanks for the info.  I did not know these were sold as kits. I have one
and obviously found out about the hot-chassis design with a simple ohmmeter
test (to which I subject ALL my "new" acquisitions). I copied the pic of
the partial instructions.  At least they show the builder how to test for
line polarity!
