[ARC5] The Green Books - The Complete Set of 75

It's possible that the term was applied 65 years ago.  But it's a forgone 
conclusion that none of the people who set up the referenced web site were 
even alive 65 years ago.  So who knows where they came up with it from or when 
it came to be applied to the 75 volume set.  And as I wrote elsewhere, 
there was another series of books that were in part bound the same way in that 
the physical bindings are the same and the cover printing is mostly gold.  
The other series is one edition of the SIG 5 series printed shortly after the 
end of WW-II.  Fewer volumes but maybe wider distribution.
