[ARC5] Dynamotor Regulation

For what it may be worth, I use a PP-4763A power supply, well known for 
its ability to trip at 1ma over 50 amps....hi!  I use a parallel battery 
and a .25 ohm 200w watt resistor as a manual operated output soft-start 
for the PP-4763.   So far no issues with either the DY-17A or the PE-73C 
dynamotors.
