[ARC5] Differences Between Groups

Based on some Yahoo groups I am a member of, the only problem with appropriate content seems to be that some people choose to receive Group postings on their Smartphone.  

In my case all ARC-5 and Yahoo Group postings first go to my Suspect E-mail Folder where I can choose to read right there, send to my inbox for download, ignore, delete, report them to the United Network Command for Law and Enforcement, etc.  Most but not all such posts I choose to send to my inbox.
 
However, people who choose to get the posts sent direct to their smartphones apparently cannot evaluate them in advance; I can see why that would be irritating.    I have a smartphone; it's almost never even turned on.
