[ARC5] Transistorized ARC-5 Receiver

Although traditional DGMOSFETs are difficult to find, the BF998 is readily
available
($0.51 from Mouser) and although SMT, is easy to manage since it just has 4
decent-sized
pins. I think these are used in TV tuners, so expect these to vanish
eventually.

I have tried a JFET as in the oscillator socket of an ARC-5 TX - one of the
most stable
LC oscillators that I have tried. I used a scavenged octal plug, no changes
were made to
the transmitter.
