[ARC5] Circuit Help Needed

Good Evening All



I picked up a nice home brew power supply that has a few items that are
stumping me.    The photo of the circuit in question is

It’s 700V unregulated in and 250V regulated out.     I haven’t been able to
figure out what the 6SL7 or OB3 regulator are doing in this circuit.    I’ve
triple checked my schematic (which I obviously had to hand draw from
staring at the innards of the power supply).


The circuit does indeed work.
