[ARC5] Front panel widows

Jeep: Is that an actual overlay, or is it from thermoforming them when
being made, as a single piece of material? All of mine are either
severely discolored or warped or cracked. As to finding units with good
windows, well, let's say that the ones that I have are about in the best
condition of all the ones that I've seen over the last year or so. I'm
actually thinking about doing some experimentation with polycarbonate
and heat pressing to see if I can recreate them. I've got a friend with
a small cnc router/engraver and a laser engraver that can make the mold,
so I can play.
