The escucheon looks to be the easy part.  Remove, clean  and shoot with VHT wrinkle.  Re-letter with dry transfers.  The front panel looks pretty far gone.  I would try to shoot the whole thing and re-letter or carefully mask the original labels and shoot the panel.  Looks like original paint job was sans primer.  War-time expedient. Jeep K3HVG
