Hotmail CAN put any mail from an unknown originator into the JUNK MAIL inbox. You have to put your own address into your mail directory to stop that problem. Your email program MAY be similar.

Are you reading mail on a web mail site or a regular pop3 mail client?
Evidently whatever it is sees something in the header it does not like. Have a look at the complete header of a message the spam filter is rejecting. If its a regular mail client it may have a spam blocker or filter built into it. See how its configured. None of your messages get blocked here.
