[ARC5] BC-456 Modulator

I've seen information on checkout/refurb of command set receivers and
transmitters, but haven't found anything for the modulator - what checks
would you do on a new-to-you BC-456 before hooking it up to a transmitter?

I don't have a dynamotor but do have a HV power supply with 550V and 250V
available.
