[ARC5] ARC 5 reciever backlash.

Inside the receiver, mounted to the front of the tuning capacitor, is a 
spring-loaded anti-backlash gear.  Probably the movable plate is stuck to the 
fixed plate due to hardening of the oil or grease.  It is many decades since 
I last did one but memory says that to get at it, you have to first remove 
the tuning dial and then remove the tuning capacitor assemble from the 
receiver.  Then you remove the gear by removing the snap-slide that retains it to 
the front of the capacitor frame.  Soak it in something like Varsol, 
periodically moving the movable plate relative to the fixed one.  Do not 
over-stretch the spring.  Once free and dry, lubricate with something like SAE 10 oil 
or instrument oil.  As you reinstall it on the post, pre-stretch the spring 
by rotating the movable gear the same amount as it was originally (assuming 
that it wasn't originally assembled with no stretch).
