[ARC5] Using a BC-451-A with an MD-7 modulator instead of a C-29

While I do have a C-29 (not presently for sale), 
I opted to use a J-22 jack and build the controls 
into a "custom panel" in the mode of those used 
in the consoles of  Corsairs and Hellcats 
late in the war:
