[ARC5] Brian's deaf set. Has a 12SK7.

No, it looks like there is one or more problems between grid 1 (pin 4) of
the second IF amp (12SK7) and the audio output. It may be a power supply
problem common to all stages.

I would still like to know whether the decoupling capacitor (15uF) at the
12A6 cathode is the original (and possibly dud) or whether it has been
replaced.
