Dave,

Give up all hope of figuring this out.  They KNOW who you are and where you
are.  They detected your activity and shut the noise off just to bother
you.

The only hope for you is to act as if nothing happened.  Don't even listen
to the frequency anymore, except for very briefly from time to time.
They'll detect you again..
