[ARC5] [Milsurplus] T-17 Metal 1942 or Plastic 1944 for 1949 GRC-9?

Well, the plastic 1944 one is a little more likely to have still been 
available in stock to be issued with the later AN/GRC-9.  On the other hand (and 
I can't recall the specific Order Number), one of the I think 1944 plastic 
ones is not repairable.  You can get at the carbon element to replace it but 
not at the switch and probably not at the cord.
