[ARC5] Refurbishing a Whatzit

Embarassed, here. I washed off all the dirt (this was a barn find) and
discovered the remaining finish to be black wrinkle paint :^) The donor
transmitter (at least for the top shell) was a CCT 52210. Inside were two
transformers, one large unmarked, the other marked as a 'Driver' with
impedance ratio 2.2:1. Tube complement is 6SJ7, 6C5, 6SN7, and a Sears
Silvertone 6K6GT. The sockets for the original final tubes are wired into
the circuit. Also, on closer inspection, the connector on the front is an
old microphone connector. So maybe this was someone's homebrew modulator?
Ha, a mystery!
