Absolutely!  They seem to have gone into the ECM business after the war 
as part of a diversification strategy.  I have an ALR-8 system here, and 
all the tuning units and IF amplifier are ARC-made.  Not shown in the 
photo are the control head and two different CRT displays, one which is 
synchronized with a rotating DF antenna to indicate direction and 
strength of a received signal.
