You can also open up the crimp on most of them with a tool made from the 
smallest size of Xcelite flush end cutters (usually have green handles).  
After removing the old contents, you may want to anneal the crimp area before 
installing the replacement capacitors.  I have found that recent production 
axial lead 630 V metallized polypropylene capacitors will be physically 
smaller than the original usually 400 V paper originals.
