[ARC5] Crystal tester.

The military had a good crystal-test unit, but I cannot remember its nomenclature.

I have also collected several circuit which were designed to test crystals. Some are very 
simple, and some are far more complex but give you far better information.

I'll try to get those all together and send you PDFs of them.
