Yes, but the ATA and the ARC-5s were Navy gear. Although I have "heard" (somewhere) 
that Navy radio gear was sometimes used in AAF aircraft when some special 
intercommunications was required, like perhaps when AAF aircraft were used to support 
Marine efforts, it was NOT even remotely "common".

However, I am NOT "historically knowledgeable" about much of this stuff.
