Hi Sheldon,
Interesting to read.
In those 1960s the Dutch Army relied on AN/GRC9, GRC3030, GRC3035,
SCR399 (BC610) and AN/GRC19 for communication, mainly CW for it's better
range. Voice was on low VHF AN/GRC5 and AN/TRC-3. SSB was more a
ham-radio affair with self-built filters from FT-241 crystals on 450 kHz
or phasing networks.
