There are two things (details) that I didn't mention when I mentioned this 
fact again a day or so ago.  First, the 6-pin connectors for the IF cans 
match the rear sockets on AN/ARC-5 transmitters (which are slightly larger than 
those on all of the receivers and the ATA and SCR-274-N transmitter.

Second, the heights (or lengths) of the pin bases varies.  So for the 
center pins, you need to match this dimension.

Also, the pins on the salvaged connectors have a hollow rivet mounting.  
This works well if you have solder lugs/terminals with a hole that is a tight 
fit to the rivet.  However, the rivet setting tools are expensive.  The 
threaded stud version of the mini-banana pin is I think still available from 
Pomona.  You can salvage the very small solder lugs from another salvaged 
connector, six per unit.
