A connector can also be salvaged from a junker receiver chassis (all EXCEPT 
B-model SCR-274-N) by removing one of the connectors for the RF coil pack.  
If you need it to run B+ into the receiver, you will need to drill a hole 
in the center and install one mini-banana pin.
