[ARC5] roller inductors

    When removing "ARC-5" roller inductors, pay attention to which way the leaf spring one the end comes off as it must go back facing the same way.  Also, do not over-tighten the screws in the ceramic mount.  Snug them up just finger tight and lock them into place with a dab of paint or fingernail polish.
